Isvary is a Senior Manager in MicroSave’s Country Programme Development Domain with a regional focus on Southeast Asia. She has over 8 years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors. She started her career at the Singapore Economic Development Board working on Clean Energy industry development and investment promotion and subsequently managed a start-up clean energy and sustainability consulting firm. Since completing a dual Masters in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Sciences Po Paris, she has gained experience in the development sector through projects with international funding agencies such as Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the UN in the Palestinian Territories and the ASEAN region respectively. Her areas of expertise include strategy development, project management, programme design and evaluation. She has a proven track-record in partnership management across a variety of stakeholders.
